The effect and effective rate analysis of Guizhi Fuling capsules in treating residual uterine cavity after induced abortion
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Guizhi Fuling capsules on patients with residual uterine cavity after artificial abortion surgery.Methods 66 patients who underwent artificial abortion surgery in our hospital and had residual uterine cavity after the surgery were selected as the study subjects.Divide into two groups according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with mifepristone combined with oxytocin,while the experimental group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsules in addition to the conventional group.Compare and analyze the intervention effects of two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P＜0.05).The duration of vaginal bleeding and the time for menstruation in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsule has a significant effect on the treatment of residual material in the uterine cavity after artificial abortion,which can promote the discharge of residual material and promote rapid postoperative recovery of patients.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
