The application and clinical prognosis observation of magnesium sulfate combined with rabelol in the treatment of gestational hypertension
Objective To observe the application and clinical prognosis of magnesium sulfate combined with rabelol in the treatment of gestational hypertension. Methods 93 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group(46 cases)was treated with magnesium sulfate, while the observation group(47 cases)was treated with Labelol in addition to the control group. The various indicators of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of both groups of patients decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the Lp PLA2 levels of both groups of patients decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group; Both HLA-G and GATA-3 levels increased in both groups, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of magnesium sulfate and rabelol in patients with gestational hypertension can effectively control blood pressure indicators, reduce Lp-PLA2,improve HLA-G and GATA-3,help avoid adverse outcomes for both mother and fetus, and do not increase the risk of adverse reactions during medication, ensuring safety.
