Observation on the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyao Pill combined with Siwu Tang on menstrual disorders of blood stasis and blood deficiency type
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined application of Xiaoyao Pill and Siwu Tang in the treatment of menstrual disorders with blood stasis and deficiency.Methods 96 patients with abnormal menstruation with blood stasis deficiency were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Siwu Tang alone,and the study group was treated with Siwu decoction combined with Xiaoyao Pill.Serum hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of estradiol were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xiaoyao Pill and Siwu Tang can improve hormone levels and have a lower incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of menstrual disorders caused by blood stasis and blood deficiency.
