欣母沛联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗阴道分娩产后出血的临床效果

摘要
目的 研究欣母沛联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗阴道分娩产后出血的临床效果.方法 选取80例阴道分娩产后出血产妇,依据治疗方法不同分为研究组与对照组,各40例.对照组应用欣母沛联合缩宫素治疗,研究组应用欣母沛联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗.比较两组临床疗效.结果 研究组产后2 h、12 h、24 h出血量均少于对照组(P＜0.05).研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).研究组凝血功能优于对照组(P＜0.05).研究组应激反应低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 欣母沛联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗阴道分娩产后出血产妇的效果显著,不良反应较少,且能改善凝血功能,减轻产妇应激反应,具有临床推广价值.
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of Xinmupei combined with ergometrine maleate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery.Methods 80 postpartum hemorrhage parturients who underwent vaginal delivery and divide them into a study group and a control group based on different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xinmupei combined with oxytocin,while the study group was treated with Xinmupei combined with ergometrine maleate.Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The postpartum blood loss of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 2 h,12 h and 24 h(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The coagulation function of the study group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The stress response of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xinmupei and ergometrine maleate has a significant effect on the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in women undergoing vaginal delivery,with fewer adverse reactions.It can also improve coagulation function and reduce maternal stress reactions,and has clinical promotion value.
