Clinical value study of hysteroscopy and B-ultrasound combined in the diagnosis and treatment of postmenopausal hemorrhage
Objective To explore the clinical value of hysteroscopy and B-ultrasound combination in the diagnosis and treatment of postmenopausal hemorrhage. Methods 160 patients with postmenopausal hemorrhage were selected and examined by hysteroscopy and B-ultrasound to observe the clinical features and pathological results. Results The pathological examination results showed that 43 cases(26.88%)of endometrial hyperplasia,76 cases(47.50%),12 cases(7.50%)of cervical canal polyps,21 cases(13.13%)of uterine submucosal fibroids, and 8 cases(5.00%)of endometrial cancer. The diagnostic rate, coincidence rate and cure rate of hysteroscopy+B ultrasound examination were higher than those of hysteroscopy or B ultrasound examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with vaginal B-ultrasound examination can effectively improve the detection rate of postmenopausal uterine bleeding, which is of great significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of patients.
