Application effect analysis of NT ultrasound technique in screening fetal abnormalities in early pregnancy
Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound examination of nuchal transparent layer(NT)in screening for fetal abnormalities in early pregnancy. Methods A total of 1100 pregnant women were selected for NT ultrasound examination, and then the fetal abnormalities shown by NT ultrasound were compared with the final chromosomal genetic examination and birth results. Results Among 1100 cases of NT ultrasonography,1.91%(21/1100)had fetal abnormalities.Among them,57.14%(12/21)and 14.29%(3/21)of the fetal abnormalities in NT examination were NT thickening and hystoma,respectively.Intra-abdominal cyst, abnormal echo of left choroid plexus, omphalocele, single umbilical artery, tricuspid valve reflux, and placental cyst were 4.76%(1/21),respectively.In the actual process of delivery,19 cases of fetal abnormalities occurred, and the overall diagnosis rate was 90.48%.Conclusion NT ultrasonography technique is an effective method for early diagnosis of fetal abnormalities,it can provide valuable data for obstetrics and gynaecology clinical work, and has high clinical application value.
