Application value of transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound in gynecological acute abdomen
Objective To analyze the application value of transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound in gynecological acute abdomen. Methods 50 patients with suspected gynecological acute abdomen were selected, and the patients were respectively examined by single transabdominal ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound and combined ultrasonography. The diagnostic value of single transabdominal ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound and combined ultrasonography was observed with the results of pathological examination as the gold standard for disease diagnosis. Results Of 50 suspected gynecological acute abdomen patients,49 confirmed gynecological acute abdomen by pathological examination.Abdominal ultrasonography was positive in 38 cases and negative in 12 cases.Transvaginal ultrasonography was positive in 42 cases and negative in 8 cases. The sensitivity and accuracy of transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography were higher than those of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography alone, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total detection rate of transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography was higher than that of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography alone, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen, transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography can effectively improve the detection rate of diseases, help to identify disease types, provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis, and achieve accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of diseases.
