Clinical analysis of a patient with postoperative docetaxel extravasation in ovarian cancer
Docetaxel is one of the commonly used chemotherapy drugs for postoperative ovarian cancer patients,but attention should be paid during the medication process.Once the drug extravasates,it will inevitably have a corresponding negative impact on the patient's local skin.This article retrospectively analyzes the clinical data of a patient with ovarian cancer who refused to receive PICC and experienced docetaxel extravasation during postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital.We analyze the causes and management strategies of docetaxel extravasation in ovarian cancer patients after surgery,in order to provide reliable reference for clinical medical staff to take effective measures to reduce the risk of docetaxel extravasation and actively take effective measures when dealing with docetaxel extravasation patients in the future.
