翻转课堂结合PBL教学法在产科护理带教中的应用价值

摘要
目的 探讨在产科护理带教中应用翻转课堂结合基于问题(PBL)教学法的价值.方法 选取本院实习的108名护理实习生为研究对象,将2021年度采取传统教学的54名学生纳入对照组,将2022年度采取翻转课堂结合PBL教学的54名学生纳入研究组.比较两组考核成绩、教学满意度评分.结果 研究组考核成绩、教学满意度评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在产科护理带教中采取翻转课堂结合PBL教学法可提高护理实习生理论及实践操作能力,教学效果显著,建议推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of applying flipped classroom combined with problem-based-learning(PBL)teaching method in obstetric nursing teaching.Methods 108 nursing interns who interned in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.54 students who adopted traditional teaching in 2021 were included in the control group,and 54 students who adopted flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching in 2022 were included in the research group.Compare the assessment scores and teaching satisfaction ratings between two groups.Results The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Adopting flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method in obstetric nursing teaching can improve the theoretical and practical skills of nursing interns,and the teaching effect is significant.It is recommended to promotion and application.
