The influence of psychological nursing intervention on pregnancy of primipara with prenatal depression
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on pregnancy of primipara with prenatal depression.Methods 80 patients with prenatal depression were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing based on the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the pain rate of the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 30.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the neonatal asphyxia rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of the first and second stages of labor and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the postpartum blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The e total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 72.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing for depressed primipara can effectively reduce pain,improve their psychological state and the outcome of childbirth,which is worthy of clinical application.
