The application of nurse patient communication in gynecological nursing work
Objective To explore the application methods and effects of nurse patient communication in gynecological nursing work,and provide a basis for clinical practice.Methods 200 patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine gynecological care,while the observation group used nurse patient communication skills to communicate on the basis of the control group.The psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were compared,and the effectiveness of nurse patient communication skills was evaluated.Results The anxiety,depression,and disease uncertainty scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of nurse patient communication skills in gynecological nursing can effectively alleviate patients'negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
