人性化护理服务在妇科护理中的应用

摘要
目的 评估在妇科护理中实施人性化服务的临床效果.方法 选取本医院妇科接受治疗的85例患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组(42例)和试验组(43例).对照组实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理服务的基础上实施人性化护理服务干预.比较两组护理满意度和护理质量评分.结果 试验组护理满意度、质量评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在妇科护理中实施人性化服务干预可以显著提高患者的护理满意度和护理质量,值得临床推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of implementing humanized services in gynecological nursing.Methods 85 patients who received treatment in the gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group(42 cases)and an experimental group(43 cases).The control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received humanized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing services.Compare nursing satisfaction and nursing quality scores between two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction and quality scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementing humanized service interventions in gynecological nursing can significantly improve patient satisfaction and nursing quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
