The application effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause
Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period.Methods 102 patients with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention,and the treatment compliance,psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment compliance in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of QOL in observation group were higher in all aspects(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing intervention in the nursing of abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopause can improve patients'compliance,relieve bad emotions,and improve their quality of life.
