术中风险管理护理在预防妇科腹腔镜手术并发深静脉血栓中的应用

摘要
目的 分析术中风险管理护理在预防妇科腹腔镜手术并发深静脉血栓中的应用效果.方法 选取本院60例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例.对照组单纯采取基础护理,观察组采取术中风险管理护理,比较两组护理满意度及并发症发生情况.结果 观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在预防妇科腹腔镜手术并发深静脉血栓中应用术中风险管理护理,能在一定程度上提升患者的满意度,同时能降低并发症发生率,临床应用和推广价值显著.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of intraoperative risk management nursing in preventing deep vein thrombosis in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 60 patients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received only basic nursing care,while the observation group received intraoperative risk management nursing care.The nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of intraoperative risk management nursing in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in gynecological laparoscopic surgery can improve patient satisfaction to a certain extent,while reducing the incidence of complications.The clinical application and promotion value are significant.
