Analysis of the application value of psychological nursing intervention in ICU patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section
Objective To observe the clinical application value of psychological nursing in ICU patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods 69 ICU patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups using a double-blind method:a control group of 35 cases and an observation group of 34 cases. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received combined psychological nursing intervention.Compare postoperative bleeding, hospital stay, and negative emotions between two groups. Results The postoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group at 24 hours, and the duration of bleeding and hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the observation group had lower scores of negative emotions than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing psychological nursing intervention for ICU patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section is beneficial for controlling bleeding volume, effectively shortening hospital stay, and has positive significance in regulating patient emotions.
