摘要
目的 观察ICU剖宫产产后出血患者采取心理护理的临床应用价值.方法 选取本院69例ICU剖宫产产后出血患者为研究对象,按照双盲法分为两组,对照组35例,观察组34例.对照组应用常规护理,观察组联合心理护理干预.比较两组术后出血情况、住院时间、不良情绪.结果 观察组术后24 h出血量少于对照组,持续出血时间、住院时间短于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组不良情绪评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 对ICU剖宫产产后出血患者提供心理护理干预,有利于控制出血量,可有效缩短患者住院时间,在调控患者情绪方面具有积极意义.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical application value of psychological nursing in ICU patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 69 ICU patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using a double-blind method:a control group of 35 cases and an observation group of 34 cases.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received combined psychological nursing intervention.Compare postoperative bleeding,hospital stay,and negative emotions between two groups.Results The postoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group at 24 hours,and the duration of bleeding and hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the observation group had lower scores of negative emotions than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Providing psychological nursing intervention for ICU patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section is beneficial for controlling bleeding volume,effectively shortening hospital stay,and has positive significance in regulating patient emotions.
