Clinical nursing effect of refined operating room nursing on patients with gynecological diseases undergoing laparoscopic surgery
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of refined operating room nursing in patients with gynecological diseases undergoing laparoscopic surgery during clinical treatment.Methods 68 surgical patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 34 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing measures,and the observation group took fine operating room nursing.The surgical indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.88%,lower than 23.53%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined operating room nursing has a significant effect on the clinical nursing of patients with gynecological diseases undergoing laparoscopic surgery,which can promote the rapid exhaust of patients,shorten the hospital stay and reduce the incidence of surgical complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
