Evaluation of the effect of cluster nursing on preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after cesarean section
Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing on preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after cesarean section. Methods 286 cases of cesarean section were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,143 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period, and the observation group received cluster nursing intervention. The two groups were compared in terms of knowledge mastery, satisfaction score, nursing care and deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs. Results The incidence of maternal knowledge, nursing satisfaction score and cooperative nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower limb was lower than that in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing can effectively improve the knowledge of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and nursing cooperation, reduce the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
