Clinical value of high intensity focused ultrasound in treating cicatricial pregnancy after cesarean section
Objective To analyze the clinical value of high-intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of caesarean section scar pregnancy. Methods 40 patients with caesarean section scar pregnancy were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 20 cases each. The control group was treated with uterine artery embolization, and the study group was treated with high intensity focused ultrasound.Clinical indexes,β-HCG(human chorionic gonadotropin)negative conversion, complications, postoperative pain score and treatment success rate were compared between the two groups. Results Intraoperative blood loss,β-H CG decreased to normal time, average hospital cost, length of hospital stay, complication rate, treatment success rate,β-HCG negative conversion rate at 2 weeks and 4 weeks, and pain score at 36 hours after surgery were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain scores of the study group at 12 h and 24 h after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High intensity focused ultrasound has high therapeutic value and good safety in the treatment of caesarean section cicatricial pregnancy, and is worthy of clinical application.
