Analysis of efficacy and safety of uterine laparoscopy combined with external and internal repair in the treatment of caesarean section scar site pregnancy
Objective To analyze the effect of uterine laparoscopy combined with external and internal repair in the treatment of caesarean section scar pregnancy.Methods 44 pregnant patients with caesarean section scar site were selected and divided into observation group(24 cases)and control group(20 cases)according to random number table method.Observation group was treated with uterine laparoscopy combined with internal and external repair,control group was treated with vaginal cesarean section scar site removal of pregnancy lesions.The clinical efficacy,postoperative complications,operative indexes and hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the power of the two components and the incidence of postoperative complications(P>0.05).There were significant differences in surgical indexes and hormone levels between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of uterine laparoscopy combined with internal and external repair is comparable to that of transvaginal cesarean section,and it has the advantages of less blood loss and short hospital stay,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
