宫腹腔镜联合内外兼修治疗剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的疗效和安全性分析

摘要
目的 分析宫腹腔镜联合内外兼修治疗剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的效果.方法 选取44例剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(24例)与对照组(20例).观察组采取宫腹腔镜联合内外兼修治疗,对照组采取经阴道剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠病灶清除术.比较两组临床疗效、术后并发症、手术指标及激素水平.结果 两组成功率、术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组手术指标、激素水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 宫腹腔镜联合内外兼修治疗的疗效与经阴道剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠病灶清除术相当,且具有出血量少、住院时间短优势,值得临床推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of uterine laparoscopy combined with external and internal repair in the treatment of caesarean section scar pregnancy.Methods 44 pregnant patients with caesarean section scar site were selected and divided into observation group(24 cases)and control group(20 cases)according to random number table method.Observation group was treated with uterine laparoscopy combined with internal and external repair,control group was treated with vaginal cesarean section scar site removal of pregnancy lesions.The clinical efficacy,postoperative complications,operative indexes and hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the power of the two components and the incidence of postoperative complications(P＞0.05).There were significant differences in surgical indexes and hormone levels between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of uterine laparoscopy combined with internal and external repair is comparable to that of transvaginal cesarean section,and it has the advantages of less blood loss and short hospital stay,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
