Effect analysis of hysteroscopic surgery in uterine scar pregnancy after early endogenous cesarean section
Objective To investigate and analyze the application effect of hysteroscopic surgery in uterine cicatricial pregnancy(CSP)after early endogenous cesarean section. Methods 62 patients with early endogenous CSP were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with drugs+conventional uterine clearance, and the experimental group was treated with hysteroscopic scar removal of pregnancy. The final success rate, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, blood β-HCG restoration time, menstrual recovery time and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The final success rate of the experimental group was 96.77%higher than that of the control group(80.65%),the operation time, postoperative hospital stay,β-H CG recovery time and menstrual recovery time were shorter than those of the control group, the blood loss was less than that of the control group, and the incidence of surgical complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of early endogenous CSP patients, hysteroscopic surgery has a definite effect, small injury and complication rate, which helps to promote the recovery of patients, and has a good application effect.
