Exploration and discussion on the incidence and impact of shivering during the recovery period of general anesthesia in cervical cancer radical surgery
Objective To analyze the relevant influencing factors of shivering in patients undergoing cervical cancer radical surgery during the recovery period of general anesthesia. Methods The incidence of chills during the recovery period of general anesthesia was analyzed in 46 patients undergoing radical operation for cervical cancer. Results The incidence of chills during the recovery period of general anesthesia was 13.04%(6/46)in 46 patients with radical resection of cervical cancer.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in age, anesthesia maintenance method, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative temperature, operative time and postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the shivering group and the non-shivering group(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative temperature, operative time and postoperative VAS score were all important factors affecting the occurrence of chills during the recovery period of general anesthesia(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many influencing factors on the occurrence of shivering during the recovery period of general anesthesia in patients undergoing cervical cancer radical surgery, clinical which should be given sufficient attention.
