Effect of down-regulation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine on clinical outcomes of patients with repeated failed transplantation in hormone replacement frozen thawed embryo transfer cycle
Objective To explore the effect of down-regulation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine on the clinical outcome of patients with repeated failed transplantation(RIF)in the cycle of hormone replacement frozen thawed embryo transfer.Methods 30 RIF patients with endometrial preparation using hormone replacement therapy were randomly divided into two groups with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hormone replacement therapy and freeze-thaw embryo transfer,and the experimental group was treated with down-regulation combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical pregnancy rate,live birth rate,infant holding rate and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical pregnancy rate,live birth rate and infant holding rate of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of descending regulation and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion has a positive impact on the clinical outcome of RIF patients in the hormone replacement frozen thawed embryo transfer cycle,which can significantly improve the clinical pregnancy rate,live birth rate and baby holding rate of patients,improve patient satisfaction,and provide new treatment options for RIF patients.
