A case-control study on factors related to chemotherapy compliance in gynecological tumor patients
Objective To explore the related factors affecting chemotherapy compliance in patients with gynecological tumors. Methods 252 patients with gynecological tumors undergoing chemotherapy were investigated by using compliance evaluation criteria to compare the related factors between patients with good compliance and patients with poor compliance. Results Among the 252 gynecological tumor patients,200 had good compliance(79.37%,200/252)and 52 had poor compliance(20.63%,52/252)during chemotherapy.Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that there was a lack of tumor and chemotherapy knowledge(OR=4.242,95%CI:1.653,8.098),low monthly income(OR=3.702,95%CI:1.404,7.259),adverse reactions to chemotherapy(OR=3.629,95%CI:1.339,6.093),general doctor-patient relationship(OR=3.304,95%CI:1.258,5.789)were influential factors for chemotherapy compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion During the chemotherapy process of gynecological tumor patients, some patients have poor compliance and complex influencing factors.Corresponding measures should be implemented to improve chemotherapy compliance.
