Clinical evaluation of the therapeutic effect of vaginal delivery in obstetrics and gynecology
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of postpartum hemorrhage during vaginal delivery in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received tamponade.The surgical indexes and clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hemostatic time of the study group were shorter than that of the control group,and the blood loss at 24 h was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 100%in the study group was significantly higher than 85.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Obstetric vaginal delivery postpartum hemorrhage treatment intervention in the middle uterine water sac tamponement is conducive to the improvement of maternal clinical indicators,the clinical effect has been guaranteed.
