Analysis of the current status and influencing factors of discharge preparedness of gynecological day hysteroscopic surgery patients based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery
Objective To explore the discharge preparation level and influencing factors of gynecological daytime hysteroscopic surgery patients based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS).Methods 112 patients who were admitted to our hospital for gynecological daytime hysteroscopy surgery and were prepared for discharge were selected as the research subjects.A self-made general information questionnaire survey and a Chinese version of the discharge readiness assessment form(RHDS)were used to investigate the current status of their discharge readiness, and the factors affecting the discharge readiness of gynecological daytime hysteroscopic surgery patients were analyzed. Results The total score of RHDS in patients undergoing gynecological daytime hysteroscopy surgery was(151.48±28.85)points,with an average score of(6.89±2.30)points,indicating good preparation. The age, marital status, and educational background of patients have an impact on their readiness to discharge(P<0.05).The history of previous hysteroscopic surgery and polyp disease had no effect on the patient's readiness for discharge(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients undergoing gynecological daytime hysteroscopy surgery based on the ERAS concept have a discharge readiness level that is above average.Medical staff should pay more attention to the individualized discharge guidance needs of patients, enrich the forms and contents of discharge guidance, better promote rapid postoperative recovery of patients, and improve their readiness for discharge.
