Clinical application of new pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises in mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse
Objective To study the clinical value of adopting new pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises in mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse.Methods 105 patients with mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse were selected and randomly divided into three groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received simple pelvic floor muscle exercise(Kegel method),observation group 1 received new pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises on the basis of the control group,and observation group 2 received electrical stimulation+biofeedback treatment.The clinical effects of the three groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,observation group 1 and observation group 2 had higher sexual quality of life scores,maximum contraction force,and contraction duration after treatment,and lower pelvic floor muscle fatigue,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of new pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises in mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse can significantly improve the pelvic floor muscle strength and sexual quality of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
