Clinical significance analysis of psychological care and hormone supplementation therapy for perimenopausal women
Objective To explore the clinical significance of psychological care and hormone supplementation therapy for perimenopausal women.Methods 82 perimenopausal women who visited the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received hormone supplementation therapy,while the observation group received a combination of hormone supplementation and psychological health intervention.The psychological status,biological indicators,quality of life,and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,both groups showed a decrease in psychological status scores,and the observation group had lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale than the control group.The improvement effect of various biological indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of psychological care and hormone supplementation therapy for perimenopausal women can effectively improve physiological and psychological indicators,promote early health,and free patients from disease entanglement,which is worth clinical reference.
