Observation on the therapeutic effect of gynecological Duanhongyin capsules in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of gynecological Duanhongyin capsules and deoxygecenylestradiol tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 150 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group,based on the different medications administered.The observation group was treated with Gynecological Duanhongyin capsules,while the control group was treated with Deoxypregnenylestradiol Tablets.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two medication methods were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.67％,while the total effective rate of the control group was 90.67％.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 3 cycles of treatment,the endometrial thickness of both groups significantly improved compared to before treatment,and the improvement in endometrial thickness in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After 3 cycles of treatment,the levels of progesterone,follicle stimulating hormone,and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The complete hemostasis time and bleeding control time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Gynecological Duanhongyin Capsule has a definite therapeutic effect on perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and its hemostatic effect is faster,safer,and more effective.Compared with Western medicine,it has fewer adverse reactions and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
