Study on the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine heat massage package combined with moxibustion in postpartum uterine contraction pain
Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine heat therapy combined with moxibustion on postpartum uterine contractions and pain in parturients.Methods 70 cases of hospitalized parturients were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different postpartum intervention methods,35 cases each.The control group implemented routine postpartum intervention,and the research group implemented traditional Chinese medicine Reiambao combined with moxibustion intervention on the basis of the control group.Results Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at day 1,day 2 and day 3 after intervention(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The intervention of Reamebao combined with moxibustion can reduce the pain of parturient women,improve the negative emotions of parturient women,help to promote the recovery of parturient women as soon as possible,and has clinical application value.
