Study on the effect of Kuntai capsule combined with Zolpidem on sleep disorder of climacteric syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression
Objective To explore the effect of combined application of Kuntai capsule and Zolpidem in the treatment of sleep disorder of menopause syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression.Methods 60 patients with sleep disorder of renal deficiency and liver depression menopause syndrome were divided into control group(30 cases,zolpidem treatment)and treatment group(30 cases,Zolpidem treatment combined with Kuntai capsule)according to random number table method.The treatment effect,sleep quality,detection indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67％higher than that of the control group(76.67％,P＜0.05).After treatment,The pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of estradiol(E2)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion For patients with sleep disorder of climacteric syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression,the treatment effect of Kuntai capsule combined with zolpidem is outstanding,which can improve sleep quality,regulate sex hormone level and have high safety factor.
