Value analysis of etomidate combined with sufentanil for hysteroscopic anesthesia
Objective To analyze the anesthetic value of etomidate combined with sufentanil in patients undergoing hysteroscopy. Methods 30 patients undergoing hysteroscopy were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetised with etomidate(0.2 mg/kg)+sufentanil(0.1 µg/kg),and the observation group was anesthetised with etomidate(0.2 mg/kg)combined with sufentanil(0.15 μg/kg).The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the dosage of etomidate was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).SBP,DBP and HR indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3 min after anesthesia(T1),at the time of cervical dilation(T2)and immediately after surgery(T3)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of anesthesia adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In hysteroscopy,etomidate(0.2 mg/kg)combined with sufentanil(0.15 μg/kg)can reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs, maintain the stability of hemodynamics, and improve the quality and safety of anesthesia.
