Clinical study of bioelectric stimulation combined with conventional treatment of moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bioelectric stimulation combined with conventional treatment of moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions(IUA).Methods 150 IUA patients were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 75 patients in each group. The patients in both groups underwent hysteroscopic adhesion separation and conventional treatment. On this basis, the research group combined with bioelectric stimulation to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of menstrual improvement between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the endometrial thickness of the study group was thicker than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional treatment after hysteroscopic hysteroscopic adhesion separation combined with bioelectric stimulation for moderate and severe IUA can improve pelvic blood circulation, promote endometrial growth, effectively prevent uterine adhesion again and improve endometrial thickness, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
