摘要
目的 分析剖宫产产妇实施米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血的效果.方法 选取100例剖宫产产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例.对照组实施缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合米索前列醇治疗.比较两组产妇术中、产后2h、24 h的临床指标及不良反应发生情况.结果 术后2h、24 h观察组出血量少于对照组,血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)指标均低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 米索前列醇联合缩宫素可有效预防剖宫产产妇产后出血症状,改善产妇凝血功能,维持产妇生命体征,且具有一定安全性.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 100 cases of cesarean section were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with misoprostol on the basis of control group.The clinical indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at 2 h and 24 h after delivery.Results The blood loss of observation group was lower than that of control group 2 h and 24 h after operation,and the indexes of plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(FIB)were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol combined with oxytocin can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage,improve coagulation function,maintain vital signs,and have certain safety.
