Study on the effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the recovery of maternal gastrointestinal function after cesarean delivery
Objective To explore the value of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in improving gastrointestinal function of puerpera undergoing cesarean section.Methods 106 cases of cesarean section were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group.The incidence of gastrointestinal function recovery and abdominal distension were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of intestinal sounds,first anal exhaust,first defecation and other gastrointestinal functions in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension in the observation group(3.77％)was lower than that in the control group(16.98％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of puerpera after cesarean section,reduce postoperative pain,improve sleep quality,and play a positive role in improving postpartum lactation and preventing abdominal distension.
