Discussion on the influence of painless labor technique on the psychology of primipara in obstetrics clinic
Objective To explore the effect of painless delivery technology on the psychology of primipara in obstetrics.Methods 58 parturients with vaginal trial labor were randomly divided into non-analgesic group and painless group,29 cases in each group.The non-analgesic group was subjected to conventional vaginal trial labor without analgesic intervention,and the painless group was subjected to painless labor techniques on the basis of the non-analgesic group.The degree of labor pain,neonatal score,labor course,postpartum blood loss and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of opening to 5 cm and opening all time in the painless group were significantly lower than those in the non-analgesic group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the painless group were significantly lower than those in the non-analgesic group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate(100%)in painless group was significantly higher than that in non-analgesic group(79.31%),and the conversion cesarean section rate(0)was significantly lower than that in non-analgesic group(17.24%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless delivery technology can effectively reduce the degree of labor pain,reduce the anxiety and other negative emotional reactions,help to improve the rate of natural delivery,clinical application is safe and reliable.
