中医穴位贴敷联合穴位按压在妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠道功能紊乱改善中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨中医穴位贴敷联合穴位按压在妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠道功能紊乱改善中的应用效果.方法 选取本院收治并接受腹腔镜手术治疗的92例妇科疾病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各46例.对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上实施中医穴位贴敷联合穴位按压.比较两组胃肠道功能恢复情况及恶心呕吐、腹胀、腹痛的中医证候积分.结果 观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐的中医证候积分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 对妇科腹腔镜术后患者实施中医穴位贴敷联合穴位按压,可有效改善其胃肠道功能紊乱,缓解胃肠道不适,有助于疾病预后.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with acupoint pressing in improving gastrointestinal dysfunction after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 92 patients with gynecological diseases admitted to our hospital and treated with laparoscopic surgery were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,The observation group implemented traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with acupoint pressing on the basis of the control group.Compare the recovery of gastrointestinal function and the TCM syndrome scores of nausea,vomiting,bloating,and abdominal pain between two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first time of defecation,and the first time of defecation in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of abdominal pain,bloating,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with acupoint pressing can effectively improve gastrointestinal dysfunction,alleviate gastrointestinal discomfort,and contribute to disease prognosis in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
