Clinical analysis of ergotrine maleate combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine fatigue
Objective To investigate the effect and application value of ergotrine maleate combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by weak contraction after labor. Methods 76 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups according to the single and even bracelet number, with 38 cases in each group. The control group(bracelet number singular)was treated with oxytocin alone, and the observation group(bracelet number even)was treated with ergotrine maleate combined with oxytocin. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Postpartum blood loss at 1 h,2 h,12 h and 24 h in observation group was less than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum hemorrhage induced by uterine contraction weakness can be treated on the basis of oxytocin combined with ergotrine maleate, which has a more obvious effect than single drug treatment, and can effectively reduce the amount of blood loss, worthy of clinical promotion.
