摘要
目的 分析七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉在子宫肌瘤切除术中的麻醉效果及对应激反应的影响.方法 选取60例行气管插管全身麻醉子宫肌瘤切除术患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例.对照组给予舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉,研究组给予七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉.比较两组麻醉起效时间、苏醒时间、切皮前Ramsay镇静评分和麻醉诱导前、建立气腹后30 min应激反应指标.结果 研究组麻醉起效时间、苏醒时间短于对照组,切皮前Ramsay镇静评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).建立气腹后30 min,研究组血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮、皮质醇、血浆肾素活性均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼可提高麻醉效率和质量,有效减轻患者手术应激反应.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil in hysteromyomectomy and its effect on stress response.Methods 60 patients undergoing endotracheal intubation and general anesthesia for hysteromyomectomy were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Sufentanil combined with propofol,and the study group was given sevoflurane combined with remifentanil.The effect time of anesthesia,recovery time,Ramsay sedation score before incision and stress response index 30 min before anesthesia induction and after pneumoperitoneum establishment were compared between the two groups.Results The onset time and recovery time of anesthesia in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the Ramsay sedation score before skin resection was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The activities of angiotensin Ⅱ,aldosterone,cortisol and renin in the study group were lower than those in the control group 30 min after the establishment of pneumoperitoneum(P＜0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with remifentanil can improve the efficiency and quality of anesthesia and effectively reduce the stress response of patients undergoing surgery.
