摘要
目的 分析情景模拟应急演练对急诊岗位护士产科急救能力的影响.方法 选取40例急诊岗位护士,均进行情景模拟应急演练,对比干预前后护士的急救能力及满意度.结果 与干预前对比,急诊岗位护士干预后的急救能力评分均明显提高(P＜0.05).护理人员对应急演练规范自身临床操作、提升风险意识、促使自身与团队更加契合和增进了职业认同感四个维度的满意度较高.结论 情景模拟应急演练可提高急诊护士产科急救能力.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of scenario simulation emergency drill on the obstetric first-aid ability of nurses in emergency department.Methods 40 cases of nurses and nurses in emergency department were selected to carry out situational simulation emergency drill,and the first aid ability and satisfaction of nurses before and after intervention were compared.Results Compared with before intervention,the first-aid ability scores of nurses in emergency department were significantly improved after intervention(P＜0.05).Nurses have higher satisfaction on the four dimensions of emergency drill,which is to standardize their own clinical operation,improve risk awareness,make themselves more compatible with the team and enhance their professional identity.Conclusion Scenario simulation emergency drill can improve the ability of emergency nurses in obstetrics.
