Value and accuracy analysis of the five joint test for vaginitis in routine vaginal discharge testing
Objective To explore the clinical accuracy of using the five test for vaginitis in the routine examination of vaginal discharge.Methods 560 patients with routine leucorrhea were selected and divided into two groups with 280 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group carried out routine examination of leucorrhea,and the observation group carried out five-joint examination of vaginitis.The detection of leukocyte,lactobacillus,candida,bacterial vaginosis(BV),trichomonas vaginalis,vaginitis and vaginal cleanliness were compared between the two groups.Results The positive rate of vaginitis in observation group was 78.57%higher than 63.57%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in vaginal cleanliness between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the routine examination of leucorrhea,the application value of the five-joint test for vaginitis is quite high,which helps to improve the detection rate of clinical vaginitis,and is an ideal diagnostic method,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
