摘要
目的 探讨人性化护理干预对慢性宫颈糜烂患者生活质量及满意度的影响.方法 选取62例慢性宫颈糜烂患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组31例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人性化护理干预.比较两组患者生活质量及满意度.结果 观察组患者干预后生活质量评分和满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 人性化护理干预是提升慢性宫颈糜烂患者生活质量和满意度的有效方法,值得临床推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing intervention on the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with chronic cervical erosion.Methods 62 patients with chronic cervical erosion were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received humanized nursing intervention.The quality of life and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of life quality and satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group after intervention(P＜0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention is an effective method to improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with chronic cervical erosion,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
