摘要
目的 分析针对性手术护理对妇科手术室护理的应用效果.方法 选取80例手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与参考组,各40例.参考组患者采取常规手术室护理,观察组患者采取针对性手术护理.比较两组干预前后负面情绪评分、生活质量评分.结果 干预后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于参考组(P＜0.05).干预后观察组生活质量评分高于参考组(P＜0.05).结论 采用针对性手术护理在妇科手术室护理中,可有效改善患者的负面情绪,提升生活质量,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted surgical nursing on gynecological operating room nursing.Methods 80 patients were selected and divided into observation group and reference group with 40 cases each according to random number table method.The reference group received routine operating room nursing,and the observation group received targeted surgical nursing.The negative emotion score and quality of life score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of targeted surgical nursing in gynecological operating room nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion.
