To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing combined with postoperative care on reducing the rate of repeated abortion in women with induced abortion
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing combined with postoperative care on reducing the rate of repeated abortion in women with induced abortion.Methods 200 women with induced abortion were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with continuous nursing combined with postoperative care.The rate of repeated abortion,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The repeat abortion rate of observation group was 0%lower than that of control group(6.00%)(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with postoperative care for women with induced abortion can reduce the rate of repeated abortion,relieve negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
