Analysis of the influence of early nursing intervention on abdominal distension in gynecological laparoscopic postoperative patients
Objective To analyze the effect of early nursing intervention on abdominal distension in gynecological laparoscopic patients. Methods 80 laparoscopic patients were selected and divided into observation group and reference group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group. The reference group took routine nursing, and the observation group took early nursing intervention. The incidence of abdominal distension and quality of life score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of abdominal distension in observation group(17.50%)was lower than that in reference group(57.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively prevent the occurrence of abdominal distension, improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
