The impact of comprehensive exercise nursing model on sleep quality and compliance of cervical cancer chemotherapy patients
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive exercise nursing model in patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy.Methods 78 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive exercise nursing mode,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the treatment compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the anxiety and depression scores were lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the total score of sleep quality in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the chemotherapy period of cervical cancer patients,the implementation of comprehensive exercise nursing mode can effectively improve their treatment compliance and sleep quality.
