To investigate the effect of intraoperative thermal insulation nursing on temperature and coagulation function of patients after placental abruption
Objective To investigate the effect of intraoperative thermal insulation nursing on temperature and coagulation function of patients after placental abruption. Methods 110 women with placental abruption were selected and divided into observation group and reference group according to random number table method,55 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing, and the observation group received intraoperative thermal insulation nursing based on the reference group. The nursing satisfaction, body temperature and postoperative coagulation function indexes of the two groups were compared. Results Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.36%(53/55),higher than that in the reference group 85.45%(47/55),the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.960,P<0.05).The body temperature of observation group was long than that of reference group at 30 min,60 min and 90 min after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)and thrombin time(TT)in observation group were higher than those in reference group, and the fibrinogen(Fib)was lower than that in reference group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative thermal insulation nursing can effectively stabilize maternal body temperature at different periods, improve postoperative coagulation function, improve clinical nursing satisfaction, and have high clinical application value.
