To analyze the effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality on patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To explore the effect of continuous improvement measures of nursing quality in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 74 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into UC group(using conventional nursing mode)and CQI group(using continuous improvement mode of nursing quality)according to different nursing methods,with 37 cases in each group,The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction in CQI group were higher than those in UC group,and the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)score,pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,digital rating scale(NRS)score,Chinese version of uterine fibroid symptoms and health-related quality of life questionnaire(UFS-QOL)score and nursing risk incidence were lower than those in UC group.The length of hospital stay was shorter than UC group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effective application of continuous improvement measures of nursing quality can alleviate pain,improve sleep,promote recovery,reduce risk,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
