Psychological analysis and nursing intervention of patients with gynecological endocrine diseases
Objective To explore the psychological status and effective nursing interventions of patients with gynecological endocrine diseases after illness.Methods 78 patients diagnosed with gynecological endocrine diseases in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received psychological care in combination with the control group.The effect of improving negative emotions was compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gynecological endocrine diseases have significant anxiety and depression,and targeted psychological care can effectively alleviate their negative emotions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
