Effect of quality nursing on adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with placental abruption
Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing on adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with placental abruption.Methods 100 patients with placental abruption were selected and divided into observation group and reference group according to double-blind method,50 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.Adverse pregnancy outcomes,nursing satisfaction and clinical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group(8.00％)was lower than that in reference group(22.00％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 98.00％(49/50),higher than that in the reference group 74.00％(37/50),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hospital admission time of observation group was shorter than that of reference group,and the blood loss was less than that of reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing in the clinical nursing of placental abruption patients can shorten the time of admission,reduce the amount of blood loss,improve adverse pregnancy outcomes,improve satisfaction,and have high clinical application value.
