心理护理联合疼痛护理对子宫肌瘤患者围手术期睡眠质量的影响探讨

摘要
目的 探讨心理护理联合疼痛护理对子宫肌瘤患者围手术期睡眠质量的影响.方法 选取120例行子宫肌瘤切除术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加心理护理联合疼痛护理.比较两组患者的围手术期疼痛程度和睡眠质量.结果 术前两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组患者手术后24 h、48 h、72 h疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).术前两组睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组患者手术后24 h、48 h、72 h睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 心理护理联合疼痛护理可以有效缓解子宫肌瘤患者的围手术期疼痛,提高患者的睡眠质量,值得临床推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with pain nursing on perioperative sleep quality of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 120 patients undergoing hysteromyectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group added psychological nursing combined with pain nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The degree of perioperative pain and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before surgery(P＞0.05).The pain scores of observation group at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups before surgery(P＞0.05).Sleep quality scores of observation group at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with pain nursing can effectively relieve perioperative pain and improve sleep quality of patients with uterine fibroids,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
