Effect of psychological nursing combined with pain nursing on perioperative sleep quality in patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with pain nursing on perioperative sleep quality of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 120 patients undergoing hysteromyectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group added psychological nursing combined with pain nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The degree of perioperative pain and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The pain scores of observation group at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).Sleep quality scores of observation group at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with pain nursing can effectively relieve perioperative pain and improve sleep quality of patients with uterine fibroids,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
